If the U.S. and U.K. courts confirm that P&ID can proceed to enforce the arbitration award against the Nigerian Government, what does this mean?

Should the U.K. and U.S. courts agree, P&ID can take enforcement actions to satisfy the award against the Nigerian government by seizing its commercial assets in those countries. The Buhari administration can of course avoid having its assets seized by paying the debt it owes, and appointing a senior official to start good-faith settlement negotiations, but it has refused to do so since the award was issued.
